Faulty wrappz
If when
you receive your wrappz it is
damaged or faulty in any way, or is
not the item you ordered, please
contact us within 5 days of receipt
of your wrappz and we will arrange
for a replacement wrappz to be sent
to you straight away. We will ask
you to return the wrappz to us, the
cost of which we will cover. In all
cases you must return the wrappz
unused on its backing with a copy of
the dispatch note. Please inform us
in writing if your wrappz is faulty
or incorrect by emailing us at
info@wrappz.com. You may of
course call us if you wish to speak
with us, but we will also ask for an
email confirming the issue.
If you
are not totally satisfied with your
wrappz
We hope
that you will be totally satisfied
with your wrappz. However, if for
some reason you are not, you may
return your wrappz and we can either
send you another wrappz or arrange a
full refund. If you wish to do this,
you must notify us within 7 days
after the day of receipt of your
wrappz. We will ask you to return
the wrappz in its original
condition, unused on its backing
with a copy of the dispatch note.
You must inform us in writing by
emailing us at
info@wrappz.com if you wish to
return your wrappz. Whilst we will
provide a full refund, including any
delivery costs, we do ask that you
pay for the cost of returning the
wrappz to us.
Cancelling your order before we have
dispatched it
If you
wish to cancel your order before we
have dispatched it, please contact
us immediately and we will cancel
your order and arrange for a full
refund. Please inform us in writing
of your wish to cancel your order by
emailing us at
info@wrappz.com. You will need
to give us the order number you
received in your confirmation email
as well as your name and address.
Returning a wrappz
If you
are returning a wrappz you have a
duty to keep it in your possession
and to take reasonable care of it
until you return it. wrappz must be
returned unused on their backing in
the original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds
will be made within 30 days of
notification of refund request.
This does not affect your statutory
rights.
