Cancelling Your Order
Due to the nature of our production we are unable to accept cancellation requests once orders have been placed.
In the event that the Wrappz product received by you is in a damaged or defective condition, or if it does not materially match the description or pictures on the website, you may return the Wrappz product to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund of the price paid by you.
In all cases you must return the Wrappz unused on its backing with a copy of the dispatch note. Please inform us in writing if your Wrappz is damaged or defective by emailing us at email@example.com. You may of course call us if you wish to speak with us, but we will also ask for an email confirming the issue.
If you return a Wrappz to us in accordance with the above, and we are able to prove that the Wrappz product was not faulty when it was received by you, we reserve the right to send it back to you and claim the cost of such return postage from you.
We are unable to offer a refund due to low resolution print quality if the image(s) uploaded by you is deemed to be low resolution.
We are unable to offer a refund if you, the customer, has ordered a wrappz product for the wrong device.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of refund request.
